Minimum attendance

Your attendance—Type your classes to see it.

How it works & FAQ
  1. Type classes held and classes attended.
  2. Pick your college's minimum (75% is common).
  3. Read the answer. Add classes left to see if the minimum is still reachable.

Example: 32 of 40 is 80%. At 75% you can miss 2 (32 of 42 is 76.19%; 32 of 43 is 74.42%). The maths uses whole numbers, so it's never off by one.

Questions

Is it private?
Yes. Everything happens in your browser: your files and what you type never leave your device and are never stored on our servers. Some tools remember your last entries in this browser only, so they are there next time. We count anonymous visits, without cookies.
How many classes can I bunk and keep 75%?
Divide the classes you attended by 0.75 and subtract the classes held so far; round down. With 32 of 40 attended, 32 ÷ 0.75 − 40 = 2.67, so you can miss 2 classes in a row.
My attendance is below 75%. How do I get it back?
Attend the next classes in a row without missing. The calculator tells you exactly how many: with 25 of 40, you need the next 20 in a row to reach 75%.
Is the minimum always 75%?
No. Many colleges use 75%, but some use 80% or a different rule per subject, and some allow condonation for medical reasons. Check your college's rule and pick it in the calculator.
Does it work subject by subject?
Yes: enter one subject's classes at a time if your college counts attendance per subject. It remembers the last numbers you typed on this device.
